Shipping & Returns

Your order will be packaged, dispatched and shipped to you within 1-3 working days of receiving payment.

Tracking numbers will be available within 24 hours after order has been shipped, in case of delay contact us at info@shoptilludrop.co.uk . In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then we are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

Delivery orders shipped to the USA & CANADA take 7-14 days to deliver, AUSTRALIA 9-21 days, EU 15-30 the rest of the world 9-30 days for delivery. NOTE: If we say 7 to 14 days that means 7 days being the minimum time delivery and 14 the maximum time for delivery (for listed countries). There are a lot of factors that can affect the delivery time such as: 

  • Orders on holidays.
  • Product out of stock.
  • etc...

However, Shop Till U Drop insists on quick & immediate actions, after an order is issued, we package & dispatch your order within 1-3 days. However, in case of unfortunate events such as:

  • Billing/Shipping address mistake.
  • Order pending approval.
  • Large amount of orders.
  • Credit card pending verification.

Shop Till U Drop takes time seriously, and will do its best to ensure that everything is resolved within 24 hours!

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, and that's why Shop Till U Drop offers a 30-day, hassle free return period. If you are not happy with your item, then you are entitled to a full refund (including the original postage cost) if it is returned within 30 days. If you have simply changed your mind, then you have to cover return shipping costs (we suggest using a trackable method). However; if the item is proven to be damaged, faulty or in any way not as described, then you will not be responsible for the return costs. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Cancellations

We try to ship orders as quickly as possible so they get to you faster. This means we cannot cancel an order after the shipping process has begun. However, we will do our best to process cancellation requests, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. Cancellation requests submitted after the shipping process has begun are subject to our standard return policy.
